1.5 Lbs Ground Beef
1/8 C Ketchup
1 Tsp Hot Sauce
1/2 Medium Onion Minced
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire
3 C Water
1/2 Tsp Paprika
Pinch Sugar
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover Ground Beef with water and break up Meat Completely! Add Diced Onion, Worcestershire, Ketchup, Hot Sauce and Spices, cook on Med High until rapid boil.
2. Reduce heat and Simmer until most of the water is reduced. Stir occasionally.
3. When reduced, add Tomato Paste to thicken. Stir in well.
4. Serve as Hot Dog topping by itself or with Relish, onion, Dill Pickle Spears and Sport Peppers.
