Ingredients:  
In large (sprayed with Pam) pan, layer:
sliced potatoes
zucchini Chunks
onions sliced in rings
10 garlic cloves or garlic salt
can corn drained
tomatoes - 2 large or 16oz. can diced
2 large 16oz can tomato sauce
Add enough water to cover the zucchini
salt & pepper
browned hamburger - drained

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400 º for 1 hour - turn oven down to 350º & bake until done - about 2 1/2 hrs. total. Cover pan while baking. When done, sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bacon chips. Continue to bake until cheese is melted. Let sit about 10 min. before serving. Serve with bread sticks or other type of bread.
