Dressing:

3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. mustard
1 dash salt
1 Tbsp. flour mixed with 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar mixed with 2/3 c. water
***Mix all of these ingredients together and cook until thick on top of stove. Cool in Frig.


Whip:1 pint cream
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. sugar


***Mix whipped cream with cooled dressing.**



Add fruit: (all drained)
1 can pineapple tidbits
4 diced apples
bananas
1/2 pkg. small marshmallows
Optional: fruit cocktail

Directions:

Mix fruit together and carefully fold dressing over fruit.

Cut Maraschino cherries in half and place on top of salad for nice effect.
