10 slices white bread, cubed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
9 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together; Add melted butter; Grease 9x13 dish; Place bread cubes on bottom of dish; sprinkle cheese over bread; pour egg mixture over cheese; top with bacon; let sit overnight in refrigerator; bake 350 for 45 mins. You can add mushrooms, onions, peppers
