6 Pork Chops
1-2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. seasoning salt, divided
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz) pack. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (2.8 oz) French fried onion, divided

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 º F. Brown pork chops in oil. Sprinkle with half the seasoning salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and remaining 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese and onions over top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
