6 medium yellow potatoes
3 eggs
One onion chopped very fine
One two tsp salt
Half a tsp black pepper
One tsp garlic powder
One Tbsp chopped dill
3 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:


Boil peeled potatoes and some salt until very tender, drain.

Add all ingredients mix very well let the batter cool then chill for an hour. Form your pancakes to be 2 inch circles. Fry on both sides until golden
