4 tomatoes
1 red onion
3 garlic cloves
3 jalapenos
⅓ cup of fresh cilantro
3 T fresh lime juice
2-3 t ground cumin
2-3 t sugar
1 ½ t salt
4.5 oz diced green chiles
15 oz. San Marzano tomatoes (can), crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the last two into the food processor. Pulse until the contents are fine and well blended. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and green chiles. Puree until mostly smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Good for 10-12 days.
