9 cups of tomatoes, peeled and chopped
5 green bell peppers, chopped
5 white onions, chopped
3-4 medium jalapenos, chopped
8 cloves of garlic
6 t canning salt
1 cup of white vinegar
1 can of tomato paste 12 oz

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Prepare a water bath in a large pot to seal the jars after filling. Fill the jars and place lids on jars. Place in the water bath. Water should cover the jars by 2 inches. Cover with a lid. Simmer the water bath for 30 minutes, then remove. Allow jars to cool for 24 hours. Discard any with a broken seal. Salsa will stay good for 18 months.
