Pronounced "Shar koot a ree".

A small board or dish (about 72 sq in).

Two meats (see list in Big Board)
Two cheeses
Crackers (2 kinds)
A fruit like grapes or berries

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the meats on opposite ends of the board as well as the cheeses.
Place the grapes and crackers in the open spaces.
If using dips or mustard place in a small dish.
Garnish with parsley! Serve!

These boards are not cheap!
It helps if you already have some meat, cheese, and crackers.
You can scatter in nuts, pickles, or veggies.
