Red Onion 1 (medium)
Garlic Aioli 50g
Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 tsp
Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Beef Mince
Aussie Spice Blend - 1:1 chicken salt and all purpose seasoning - 0.75 tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese 30g
Fine breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Mixed salad leaves 60g
Italian Dressing 12.5 g

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 240 C / 220 C Fan Forced. Cut the potato into fries and place on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss to coat, then bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, grate carrot. Thinly slice apple. Thinly slice red onion. In a small bowl, combine garlic aioli with a dash of water. Set aside
2) In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over a medium heat. Cook onion, stirring until softened, 5-6 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar, water, and brown sugar and mix well. Cook until dark and sticky, 3-5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl
3) While the onion is cooking, combine beef mince, Aussie spice blend, grated parmesan cheese, fine breadcrumbs, and egg in a large bowl. Using damp hands, forms heaped spoonful's of beef mixture into meatballs then flatten to make 2cm thick rissoles. Transfer to a plate, you should get 4-5 rissoles per person. Wash and dry the frying pan, then return to a medium high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook rissoles, in batches, until browned and cooked through, 4-5 minutes each side
4) In a medium bowl, add mixed salad leaves, carrot, apple, and Italian dressing. Season and toss to combine. Divide fries, parmesan beef rissoles and apple salad between plates. Top the rissoles with caramelized onion and serve with the garlic aioli dressing
