1 lb. package of fettuccine
8 oz. sour cream
3 egg yolks
garlic salt, to taste
1-2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 Tbs. butter, melted
ground black pepper, to taste
more Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Cook fettuccine according to package directions
Drain and set aside.

3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, egg yolks, garlic
salt and Parmesan cheese.

4. Pour fettuccine into a bowl and coat with
melted butter. Pour sour cream mixture
over fettuccine and toss to coat.

5. Heat in oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with
pepper and Parmesan cheese.
