1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 C chopped onion (optional)
1 1/2 C frozen corn, thawed
16 oz jar salsa
1/4 C water
3/4 C reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 C crushed corn chips or nacho chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and add corn, salsa, optional onion, and cheese. Use the 1/4 C water to rinse salsa jar and then add to mixture. Place mixture in a 10" pie plate and sprinkle chips on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
