1½ to 2 cups 'old' cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
¼ cup water

Directions:
Blend above ingredients into soft mixture. Put into cookie press or roll out and cut into strips. Bake at 300ºF until lightly browned.
