Preheat to 350º

1½ c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp gd cinnamon
½ tsp kosher salt
12 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp
¾ c granulated sugar
¾ c packed dk brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c rolled oats
2 c chocolate chunks
¾ c dry roasted macadamia nuts
flaky sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together 1st five.
Beat w/flat beater butter & sugars, 3 min.
Reduce speed to low, add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla & beat 10 sec.
Scrape bowl.
Add flour mixture & beat to combine, 1 min.
Stir in oats, chunks, nuts.

Shape into 2-in balls & place on papered
cookie sheets 3 in apart.
Sprinkle tops w/flaky sea salt.

Bake 12 min. Cool on wire rack.
