8 oz cream cheese, room temp
¼ c coconut oil, room temp
⅓ c coconut flour
3 tbsp granular sweetener
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c unsweet shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except shredded coconut.
Freeze thickened dough 10 min.
Form golf-sized balls & roll in coconut.
Arrange on parchment paper.
Freeze for 10 - 30 min.
Store in fridge or freezer in airtight container.
