1-pound center-cut bacon
1 16-ounce package smoked cocktail sausages
1 cup light brown sugar, packed

Directions:

1). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Cut the bacon slices crosswise into thirds and wrap each third around a sausage. Place a toothpick through the sausage to secure the bacon. Arrange the bacon wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar, pressing the sugar into the sausages.

2). Bake for 1 hour, turning the sausages over after 30 minutes, until the bacon looks crisp, and the sugar is melted. Transfer the sausages to a platter. The bacon and sugar will continue to crisp as they cool.
