¾ cup beer
⅔ cup Barbeque Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
3 Onions, Sliced
1 Boneless Blade pot roast (2 lb.)
2 tsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beer, ½ cup BBQ sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Place onions in slow cooker, top with meat and sauce. Cover.
Cook on low 7-8 hrs. or on high 5-6 hrs. Remove meat and onions, reserving liquid in slow cooker. Cover meat and onions to keep warm. Whisk cornstarch and remaining BBQ sauce and whisk into liquid in slow cooker. Cook, covered on HIGH for 10 mins. or until thickened.
Using an electric knife slice roast & drizzle with sauce.
