1 cup flour
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix like pie crust and press in 9x 13 pan. Bake 15 min 375°. Cool.

3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
½ container cool whip

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese, then fold in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.

2 pkgs Instant Vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

Mix until thick, spread over cheese layer.
Directions:

Cover with rest of cool whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Can use chocolate pudding, or any flavor. Very good!
