1 rack baby back ribs
Mad Dog and Merrill Number 1 BBQ Sauce
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
Mad Dog and Merrill seasoning mix
Olive Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Take membrane off the back of rigs (paper towel helps with pulling off)
rub olive oil and seasoning mix on ribs
Broil in oven until slightly browned
add trivet and 1 1/2 cups water to bottom on Instant Pot
wrap ribs around the outside of the pot
high pressure cook 25 minutes
natural release
rub with BBQ sauce and broil in oven for 2 minutes
