Cut beef in large cubes
Fry on all sides.

Add potatoes quartered
add carrots chunks
cut onion in quarters

put in casserole dish,
add water to fry pan and heat juices from the frying.
add bouillon water and 2 tablespoons flour. mix well
pour over beef and veg.

cover and cook 325 to 350 for 2 to 3 hours.
