1 cup butter, softened
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 cups Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
(not evaporated milk)
2 cups choc chips
2 TB peanut butter
½ cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Beat together butter, sugar, ¼ cup peanut butter until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1 cup for topping; set aside. Spread remaining oat mixture onto bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan.

In medium saucepan, combine condensed milk, choc chips & remaining 2 TB peanut butter. Cook over low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Drop reserved oat topping by teaspoonfuls over chocolate mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely; cut into bars.

Makes 32 bars
