2 lb round steak, flank or brisket
1 ½ tsp meat tenderizer
1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
1 ½ tsp onion salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ c. soy sauce
½ c Worcestershire sauce
½ c water
liquid smoke to taste (2 tsp +) (Recipe calls for ½ small bottle)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut against the grain. Trim fat, cut 1 ½" wide meat strips into 4-8" lengths, partially froze cuts. Marinate overnight.

Drain & pat dry on paper towels. Arrange on rack in a single layer. Place foil on bottom of oven to catch drippings. Dry in 150° until it has turned brown, feels hard and is dry to the touch. About 7 hours. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Lasts for 6 months.
