This recipe was from a cake decorating class.

7 TB water
1 cup shortening or icing shortening
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ tsp white or clear vanilla
½ tsp butter flavoring
½ tsp almond flavoring
2 pounds powdered sugar or icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until well blended. Beat at low speed for a few minutes. Use as the all-over icing on cake. Note: Pile it in an air tight bucket or plasticware for refrigeration. Color only small amounts, add as desired. Most caterers use this as the basic color of cake frosting.
