First Layer:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup mild salsa, drained

Second Layer:
½ to ¾ cup mild salsa

Top Layer:
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 medium tomatoes, chopped & seeded
½ green pepper, chopped

Tortilla Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream cheese, sour cream, and 1 cup salsa sauce until smooth. Spread mixture on the bottom of a glass pie plate. Top mixture with a thin layer (½ to ¾ cup) salsa.
Grate cheese. Chop tomatoes and pepper. Toss; sprinkle over salsa layer.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
