2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
8½ oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups chopped pecans
¼.cup chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Pineapple slices
Cherries
Parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Cream; stir in crushed pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Chill; shape into 2 balls. Roll in remaining pecans.
Garnish with pineapple slices, cherries and parsley. Serve with crackers.
