1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (softened)
1 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened) (brick style, not spreadable)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and cream cheese in a bowl and beat until creamy and not lump. Add vanilla and salt and stir well to combined. With mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar until completely combined.

This is a good, pipe-able icing and can be used for cake decorating.
