Cake Batter:
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter

Topping:
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cinnamon

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Cream Cheese Icing:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all cake batter ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan.Mix topping ingredients together until well combined. Sprinkle evenly over cake bater and swirl in batter with a knife. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. While cake is warm. cover with glaze or cream cheese icing.
