Grape Salad Recipe

4 lbs. seedless grapes, any variety (green & red make a nice combination)
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (or a combination of both)
½ c. sugar

Topping:
½ c. chopped pecans or toasted pine nuts
¼ c. brown sugar
2 butterfinger bars, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry grapes; wrap in paper towels and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar.
Add grapes (when thoroughly dry) and toss to coat with cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix.
Layer grapes and topping, ending with topping.
Refrigerate overnight.

Guaranteed to wow your guests. Just be sure grapes are dry; if they are still wet the cream cheese mixture won't stick to them.
This can be made in a clear glass bowl or in individual dishes. You can also use champagne glasses or shot glasses.
In Florida there's a restaurant called Chicken Salad Chix and they serve a very similar version of this.
