1 lb ground beef, uncooked
1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp mild chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 dash(es) garlic powder
1/2 c cold water

BEEF FILLING: Combine ground beef, flour, chili powder, salt, minced onion flakes, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly. In a skillet, add 1/2 cup of cold water and the seasoned ground meat mixture. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, mash, and stir ground meat as it cooks, breaking it up. Cook until meat is no longer pink and slightly browned. Meat should be loose. Drain off grease. Steam the buns. BUILD THE BURGER: Add Mild Border Sauce to the bottom of the bun. Add the meat mixture on a bun, sauce. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Other toppings can be added: diced onions, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. https://www.justapinch.com
