Roasted Green Beans on Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame 5-6 tbsp OliveOil 500g Helda Beans* 400g Strained Yogurt 1 Garlic Clove Salt&Pepper

Directions:Preheat the oven to 200C Cut the helda beans to half vertically Spread Salt&Pepper and 3 TBS olive oil and mix it with the beans until the souce is equally distributed. Spread the beans on oven tray (with parchement paper) and cook around 15-20 mins until they are slightly burned and become crunchy. Take the tray from the oven and leave it to cool down. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, 2 TBS oliveoil salt and 3/4 of the roasted sesame. Add one clove of grated garlic to the yogurt mixture and continue stirring. On a serving plate, pour the yogurt mixture in a circular shape. Place the beans on the serving plate on top of yogurt mixture And add the rest of the olive oil and sesame while serving.
*The recipe works perfectly well with any kind of green beans. If the type you are using is already thin, you can skip cutting into half vertically step. |
