Strawberry Angel Food Cake Casserole Recipe

3 pints of fresh strawberries
3/4c strawberry preserves
2 loaves of angel food cake
1 block of cream cheese
1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 (16oz) tub of cool whip

Preparation:
Tear angel food cake into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl or plate and set aside.

Rinse and quarter the strawberries, place in a bowl and add 3/4cup of strawberry preserves. Mix together until the strawberries are coated.

In a large mixing bowl add the block of softened cream cheese, the 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk, and the tub of cool whip and mix together until smooth.

Assembly:
Layer the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with half of the angel food cake.
Smother with half of the strawberries.
Top with the cool whip mixture.
Repeat the 3 steps & serve!!!

Feel free to add fresh strawberries as the last layer.
