2 T cooking oil
1 ½ lbs. stew meat
1 T flour
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2-3 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic, minced
¼ cup of water
salt and pepper to taste
¼ t ground cumin
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in a skillet and cook beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add flour and stir until the flour is blended well with the natural juices. Add water, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cumin. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve as a main dish with flour tortillas or rice.
