Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 Hardboiled Eggs**
couple Tbs mayonnaise
squirt of spicy mustard
1/4 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

** put eggs in a pot covered with water. Boil gently for 10-12 minutes. Turn off heat but leave pot on the stove. After 15 minutes remove from stove, drain water, add cold water and some ice cubes. Let sit for about 20 minutes.

Cut cold eggs in half and remove yolks to small bowl. Mash yolks and stir in rest of ingredients a little at a time so you can adjust according to your taste. You don't want it too mayo or mustardy but a hint of mustard

Once all combined and smooth use two small spoons to put back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika if desired
