Ingredients:	Ingredients: CAKE 1-19 oz can crushed pineapple 2 eggs 2 cups flour 2 cups white sugar 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla ICING 4 oz cream cheese softened ½ cup butter or margarine 1 ¼ cups icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 325º F Combine the cake ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to I hour til set. While cake cooling mix together icing. If desired, use a mini Bundt pan and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
