1 small or 1/2 head of cabbage
1/2 C Best Foods Mayonnaise
2 T C White Sugar
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage with slicer or wide knife using knife so tip never leaves the cutting board. Place in serving bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. I use a pint mason jar.
Add as much coleslaw dressing as needed so shredded cabbage is slightly coated.

Use Rice Vinegar or half vinegar half iApple Cider Vinegar if you want it sweeter and less tart.
