2lb Beef steak
2T Oil
1t Salt
2T Soy suce
1-10.5oz can Beef consummé
1Lg Onion - thinly sliced
1 Sweet pepper - thinly sliced
2C Celery - thinly sliced
1pk Frozen asian veg - thawed
2T Corn starch - 4T cold water
2sm Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the steak diagonally into strips.
Brown in oil on skillet.
Add salt, consummé and soy sauce. Simmer covered 30 min or until tender.
Lay onion rings on top of meat along with celery and peppers. Cover, increase to med heat and simmer for an additional 5 min.
Add the vegetables and replace cover. Simmer for an additional 2 min.
Mix cold water and corn starch, then add to liquid and stir all together.
Add sliced tomatoes as a garnish.
Serve over rice.
