Ingredients:  
1 large white cabbage
2 medium carrots
2 T cooking oil
1 medium onion
½ t sugar
½ t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash all vegetables, let dry, and drain. Shred cabbage, sliced onions, grate carrots. Put in a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Lower heat as not to burn contents. Toss back and forth with a spoon until soft. Add sugar and salt. Continue to cook until cooked. Serve hot with cornbread.
