Preheat to 425º
Spray lg sheet pan.

1 lb baby Yukon Gold potatoes, quartered
4 ears corn
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Tonys
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes
pinch salt & grd black pepper
2" pieces red, yellow, orange bell pepper
1½ c cherry tomatoes, halved
med sweet onion, sliced
4 andouille sausages, sliced
1 lb uncooked, cleaned medium shrimp
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
finely chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes 10-12 min til tender.
Add corn for 5 min. Cut into thirds.

Mix well: 3 tbsp oil, Tonys, garlic, Italian seasoning,
½ tsp paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper.

Combine potatoes, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onion,
sausage in lg bowl.
Add seasoning mixture.
Spread onto sheet pan, single layer.
Bake 8 min.

Season shrimp w/oil, paprika, Tonys.
Marinate 5 min.
Add shrimp to sheet pan, mix to combine.
Bake 6-8 min.
Garnish w/parsley & green onion.
