1 package of yellow cornbread mix
1 package of Mexican cornbread mix
1 envelope of Ranch Dressing Mix
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups of mayonnaise
2 T. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can of Mexican style chili beans
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
¾ cup chopped green onions
1 or 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
6 slices of bacon, fried very crisp, and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread according to package. Cool and crumble. Mix together Ranch dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and sugar until blended. Set aside. Place crumbled cornbread into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with the following ingredients in order: pinto beans, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, corn, dressing mixture, bacon (on top). Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
