1 can (2 cups) salmon, drained, clean and flaked
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
chopped pecans & parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill overnight
Shape into a log and roll into chopped pecans and parsley
Chill until ready to serve
Serve with crackers
