2 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
2 boxes of frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.)
1 pint of sour cream
1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
½ to 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen broccoli and spinach following package directions. Drain off all excess water. Mix broccoli and spinach with sour cream and onion soup mix. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This dish was always served at Strawn Dinners.
