½ cup self-rising flour
⅛ tsp. soda
⅓ cup plus 1 T. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until smoothe. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat dough out to ½ inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425º for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
