8 oz plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon caraway seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in the eggs. Fold in flour and baking powder together with caraway seeds.

Sprinkle a few seeds across the top of the cake once in the tin

Bake in a lined loaf tin for about 1 hour at 180 c
