Rhubarb Filling


Ingredients:

3/4 Cup sugar
4 Cups fresh rhubarb, chopped small
1/4 Cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Wash Rhubarb, then slice in to half inch pieces. Add to dry ingredients, coating the rhubarb well. Place in glass pie plate or 8x8 pan.
 

Crisp Topping

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 Cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

melt butter in saucepan,stir in other ingredients until crumbly. spread over rhubarb mixture.
Bake in 350º oven35 to 40 minutes.
