½ cup water
¼ cup butter or margarine
2 tsp. sugar
dash of salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
cooking oil
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine water, butter, 2 tsp. sugar, and salt. Bring to boil, stir until butter melts. Add flour all at once; cook and stir over low heat until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes. Vigorously beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and shiny.

In wok heat 1½ inches oil to 375º. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into hot oil. Fry a few at a time until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. In a paper bag combine the sugar and cinnamon. Shake warm puffs in sugar mixture to coat.
