1 ½ cups cooked turkey, chicken, pork or ham cubed
2-3 green onions, cut in ½-inch slices
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom bits and pieces drained
½ cup water chestnuts, sliced
1 package (3 oz.) Japanese noodle soup (Ramen noodles)
2 cups boiling water (use mushroom liquid as part)
1 tbsp. corn starch dissolved in 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. cold water
4 tbsp. oil for frying

Directions:
Prepare all ingredients. Have water boiling. Set wok on high heat. Add 2 tbsp. oil; heat until hot. Stir-fry meat 1 minute. Set aside. Stir fry vegetables 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp. oil. Fry uncooked block of Ramen noodles until brown on each side. Very slowly pour in boiling water and simmer 3 minutes, breaking up noodle block with turner. Return meat and vegetables to bowl of wok. Slowly stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook just until thickened. Garnish with additional chopped green onion.
