1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
OR 1 package (10 oz.) fresh baby spinach, cooked and chopped
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours.

For a decorative and festive way to serve dip, cut out center of a bread bowl, and put dip inside bread bowl. Place bread bowl on decorative plate. Tear pieces of the removed center into pieces, place around bread bowl, and use as you would crackers to eat the dip.
