2 cups basmati rice
8oz tomato sauce
4 cups of chicken broth
1/2 stick of butter
1 tbsp taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in a pot, pour rice in with the taco seasoning and brown the rice. Be careful not to burn.
add in chicken broth and tomato sauce and mix well.
Cover and cook on low/med approximately 30 mins or until all is cooked and no liquid is left.
Stir periodically so the rice doesnt burn on the bottom.
Fluff before serving.
