1 9-inch pie shell
1/2 cup chopped onion
3-4 tomatoes, chopped tomatoes (2 Cups)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
black pepper
Topping:
1 t.sliced basil
1 cup grated Swiss Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Pre-bake the crust until lightly browned. About 5 minutes. Cook tomatoes, onions, salt, and pepper over medium heat until onions are tender. Add 2 T flour to thicken, if watery. Pour into pie crust. Mix the topping ingredients together. Spoon over the top of the tomato mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
