3 lbs cucumbers
1 T mustard seed
1 qt (4 cups) white vinegar
½ c sugar
¼ c salt
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumber in strips and soak in ice water for 3 hours.

Drain and pack in jars. Add ½ tsp mustard seed to each jar.

Combine vinegar, water, salt and sugar and bring in boil. Pour over cucumbers. Seal.

Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
